The application is available on both Android and IOS platforms and has two main functions, Video Playback and 3D Model Viewer.
Video Playback – It allows users to view a video on the physical brochure through the phone camera. It gives user a more efficient user experience. Users will be able to get a summary of the contents in the brochure through these videos and they could also view extra contents that may not be included in the brochure.
3D Model Viewer – Similarly, 3D Model Viewer uses the phone camera as well. However, instead of showing a video on top of the brochure, it shows a 3D model on top of the printed 2D floor plan. This will save time giving clients detailed explanation on how the layout will look like as they can have a clearer visualization through 3D Model Viewer, viewing the entire building in 3D, from the interior to the exterior.
