The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley will consist of 200 “casita style” hotel rooms, pools, a spa, a garden with seasonal produce harvested for on-site restaurants and a citrus orchard. Covering about 20 acres near the northwestern corner of Scottsdale Road and Lincoln Drive, the hotel features a grand lawn offering a majestic view of Camelback Mountain, perhaps the Valley’s most iconic landmark.

Five Star Developments plan to build 139 homes surrounding the hotel. This ranges from 1,700sqft villas to 6,000sqft houses. The master-planned community also includes 45 Ritz-Carlton-branded houses, offering access to hotel amenities, a concierge and services like in-home dining and housekeeping.
Combined with retail development and an underground parking garage, the total cost of the project is estimated at $2 billion. Spot Works was given the opportunity to turn the design concepts of Ritz-Carlton Residences Paradise Valley Project into reality.
